Eligibility Requirements
| ➣ Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language, as required by the respective RRB, is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. |
| ➣ Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in the local language and working knowledge of computers are desirable. |
| ➣ Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent, with at least 50% aggregate marks. Additionally, two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required. |
| ➣ Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Specific educational qualifications and experience are needed for specialist roles such as IT Officer, Chartered Accountant, Law Officer, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer, and Agricultural Officer. Selection Process

Officer Scale-I: The selection process includes an Online Preliminary Examination, an Online Main Examination, and a Common Interview.
Officer Scale-II and Scale-III: Selection will be through a Single Level Online Examination followed by a Common Interview.
Negative Marking: There is a penalty for incorrect answers in the objective tests. For each wrong answer, one-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
