➣ Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid Motor Car licence. |
➣ Must have a domicile certificate of the state for which the application is submitted. |
Desirable Qualification: Candidates should hold a valid driving licence for a Motorcycle, issued by the competent authority.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of 28 September 2025.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process
The selection for the Security Assistant (Motor Transport) [SA(MT)] post will be conducted in two stages, ensuring a fair and transparent evaluation of all eligible candidates across the country.
Tier-I (Online Exam): This stage will consist of an objective-type MCQ test carrying 100 marks, with a duration of 1 hour. A negative marking of ¼ mark will be applied for each wrong answer. The exam will be divided into the following five sections:

It will assess the candidate’s practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, ability to repair minor defects, and driving skills. Final selection will depend on the combined performance in Tier-I and Tier-II, provided the candidate qualifies in Tier-II.
