SBI SO Selection Process
The recruitment for these Specialist Officer posts does not include a written examination. Selection is conducted through a two-stage process involving shortlisting and an interview.
Stage 1: Shortlisting
A Shortlisting Committee appointed by SBI will scrutinize all applications. Simply meeting the eligibility criteria does not ensure an interview call. The committee will establish parameters to identify a suitable pool of candidates based on their educational qualifications, professional experience, and overall profile.
Stage 2: Interview (100 Marks)
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to appear for a personal interview, which carries a total of 100 marks. The Bank will determine the minimum qualifying marks. Final selection will be strictly merit-based, relying entirely on the interview scores.
For more accurate information, candidates are advised to refer to the official SBI website and the notification released by the Bank.
