Step 3: Enable Desktop Mode (For Mobile Users)
- If you're using a phone:
- Tap the three-dot menu in your browser (top-right corner).
- Select “Desktop site”.
- This step is important because it shows you the tools you need to grab affiliate links.
Step 4: Search for the Product
- Just search for any product on Amazon like you normally do.
- Click on the product to open its full page.
Step 5: Use the SiteStripe to Get Your Link
- Look at the top of the page — you’ll see a box of light orange color bar called SiteStripe.
- Click on “Text” to get a plain affiliate link.
- Want a banner-style link? Choose “Image” or “Text + Image”.
- Copy your unique link — this is what you’ll share.
The SiteStripe features like "Text", "Image", and "Text+Image" are only fully available after your Amazon Associates account is approved. New accounts must get 3 qualified sales within 180 days to unlock these features.
