How to Apply for Agniveer Vayu Recruitment
To apply for Agniveer Vayu, visit the official CASB portal between 3 March and 10 March 2026. Both new candidates and those previously ineligible due to age can register now. Start by creating an account with a valid email and mobile number. All candidates must provide their Aadhaar number, except those from Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Meghalaya, and Ladakh, who can use alternate ID proofs.
After registration, fill out the application form carefully and upload all required documents, including 10th and 12th marksheets, Diploma/Vocational certificates if applicable, a recent passport photo with black slate showing name and date, left-hand thumb impression, and signature. Applicants under 18 must also upload a parent or guardian’s signature. Use an image resize tool if needed to meet the size requirements.
Pay the examination fee of Rs 550 + GST via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Review your form and documents before submission. Once submitted, download the acknowledgement receipt. Apply early to avoid website issues and ensure all documents meet the specified format to prevent rejection. Keep checking the CASB portal for updates.
Selection Process for Agniveer Vayu
Phase I: Online Written Test – Group X (Science/Technical), Group Y (Other than Science/Non-Technical).
Phase II: Physical Fitness, Adaptability & Document Verification.
Phase III: Medical Examination by Air Force Medical Team.

Online Written Test
Candidates must appear for an online test after submitting their applications. Provisional admit cards will be sent via email 48–72 hours before the exam. Download, print in color, and carry it to the exam centre.
Marking: +1 for correct answers, -0.25 for wrong answers.
Note: Bring a blue/black pen and your original Aadhaar card for the test.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

Squats: 20 within the given time.
Note: Bring sports shoes and shorts/track pants for the test.
