Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution in India with at least 60% marks. SC/ST/PwBD candidates with passing marks in the qualifying degree are also eligible.
Eligibility Based on Post:
#Deputy Manager (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning/Erection/Engineering or combination thereof, in power plants/projects of 200 MW or above.
#Deputy Manager (Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning/Erection/Engineering or combination thereof, in power plants/projects of 200 MW or above.
#Deputy Manager (C&I): B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning/Erection/Engineering or combination thereof, in power plants/projects of 200 MW or above.
Other Conditions:
- For Govt/Public Sector candidates: Must have minimum 2 years of experience in pay scale Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA E3 grade or equivalent) within the 10 years of post-qualification experience and must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
- For Private Sector candidates: Must submit Form 16 for the last 3 financial years.
- All qualifications must be recognized and approved in India.
- Candidates must upload all relevant documents as per the list in the advertisement.
- The selection process may include shortlisting, written tests, and interviews.
- Posting is transferable anywhere in NTPC projects/units.
- Candidates must meet medical standards as prescribed by NTPC Medical Board.
