RRB Group D Selection Criteria

Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates qualifying CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test. The tasks differ for male and female candidates:
For Male Candidates: Lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes, without putting the weight down. Also,
Run a distance of 1 kilometer in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
For Female Candidates: Lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters within 2 minutes, without putting the weight down. Also,
Run a distance of 1 kilometer in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
Stage 3: Document Verification and Medical Examination

Stage 4. Medical Examination (ME)
