3. Nationality/Citizenship :

The Candidates must fullfill this eligibility to be eligible to apply. The Candidates must be
  • Citizens of India.
  • Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan.
  • Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement.
  • Persons of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or certain East African countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India, subject to an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed to Group 'A' or Group 'B' Gazetted posts within the General Central Service or specific services such as the Indian Petroleum & Explosives Safety Service. These positions are typically permanent and come with government allowances and benefits, including coverage under the New Pension Scheme (NPS) for those appointed on or after 01.01.2004.

The pay scales, according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) matrix, are as follows:

  • Level-10: System Analyst, Deputy Controller of Explosives
