This initiative aims to streamline the admission process by providing a single-window system for applications. The SAMARTH portal follows the model of the earlier DARPAN portal, which was successfully introduced by the Assam Government for Higher Secondary first-year admissions.

Deserving students can avail of this scheme only by submitting their applications via the SAMARTH platform. We encourage all students to utilize this portal for their admission to colleges and universities across Assam.
Based on 2023 session UG FYUGP admission tradition to avail Fee Waiver scheme students must have ◾Income Certificate, Issued from concerned Revenue Office/Circle Office.
