IAC Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Vehicle Mechanic, Electrician, Telecom Mechanic, Engineer Equipment Mechanic: 10+2 pass with a certificate from a recognized ITI in the relevant trade, OR candidates who are Armed Forces personnel/ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade.
Machinist, Fitter, Welder, Tin and Copper Smith, Upholster: ITI certificate from a recognized institute in the respective trade.
Storekeeper / Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th pass. LDC candidates must also have a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on a computer.
Fireman: Matriculation (10th pass), physically fit, and knowledgeable about fire-fighting equipment.
Cook: Matriculation (10th pass) with knowledge of Indian cooking.
Tradesman Mate / Washerman: Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age.

OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
