Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates must meet the age requirements as per APPSC norms. Generally, the maximum age limit applies with relaxations for reserved categories and departmental employees according to government rules.
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university established under law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the competent authority.
2. Six years’ regular service as UDC (District Ministerial Cadre) or Senior Secretariat Assistant under the Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre.
3. Minimum five consecutive ‘Very Good’ gradings in Annual Confidential Reports (ACR) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) during the last five years of regular service.
