Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates must meet the age requirements as per APPSC norms. Generally, the maximum age limit applies with relaxations for reserved categories and departmental employees according to government rules.

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university established under law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the competent authority.

2. Six years’ regular service as UDC (District Ministerial Cadre) or Senior Secretariat Assistant under the Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre.

3. Minimum five consecutive ‘Very Good’ gradings in Annual Confidential Reports (ACR) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) during the last five years of regular service.

The completed form must be duly recommended by the Cadre Controlling Authority and should include the details of ACR/APAR gradings for the last five consecutive years. This recommendation is essential for consideration.

Only applications with at least five consecutive ‘Very Good’ ACR/APAR gradings in the last five years, nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority, will be considered eligible for this competitive recruitment process.

The nominated application must include all additional supporting documents specified under section (E) of the recruitment notification to ensure completeness and avoid rejection.

All filled and recommended applications must be submitted to the APPSC office no later than 3:00 pm on 30th October 2025 (Thursday). Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Photograph: Recent color passport-size photograph with a white background, facing forward, without headgear, sunglasses, or any distortions.

Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of degree certificates and mark sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examinations/Vice-Chancellor of the concerned university.

Proof of Age: Self-attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate or equivalent issued by the recognized Board.

Category & ID Proof: For APST candidates – APST certificate; for General candidates – PRC or Aadhaar Card as valid proof of identity.

Service Proof: Self-attested copy of the appointment order for the post held, issued by the competent authority.

Application Fee: Proof of payment via IPO (Indian Postal Order) of the required amount as specified in the recruitment notification.
